Tony Mills:
Owner of Spark Solutions
The path to real estate marketing started when he was getting his Masters at UC Berekeley School of Architecture and supported himself shooting for major San Francisco architectural firms. He then diverted into the music world (to the chagrin of his mother) and later went through another turn into producing TV spots before creating the current Spark Solutions. This current Spark Solutions creates incredible CG (Computer Generated) TV spots for luxury cars.
When his wife became a realtor a few years ago, Tony was amazed at the relative lack of interesting marketing tools for high end real estate. He made a few videos but was too early in the arc. Now realtors are realizing that streaming web video is an incredibly powerful tool and Tony is finally happy.
Chad Murdoch:
Partner of Spark Solutions / Real Estate
Chad's got an incredible resume. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin / Madison and went on to get his Masters at the San Francisco Academy of Art University. He focused on visual effects there but has a broad background in the video arts with an incredible eye and sense of taste. He also has a huge skill set in web based products and is generally the go to person for all web implementation.
He and Tony created the Real Estate division of Spark Solutions when they both felt that the time had come to offer realtors a one stop shop for most things an agent needs to list a property in a elegant and yet cost effective way.
